PB,while I am a harsh critic of the bands music you can't help but be very forgiving if you are going to listen their stuff because they are prone to vocal miscues and musical hacks grand and small on pretty much every song they have ever played,I would be hard pressed to present one single song that is error free. That being said I genuinely love a lot of their music and do enjoy most of the 70's versions of Comes a Time, however some songs suffer vocal gaffes or a clunker note not as well as others,a soft introspective ballad can be ruined while Deal or Brown Eyed just move on.I think that the band sold short two of their best songs in Comes a Time and High Time by never taking the time to arrange a version that they could perform properly.
